Always Ready Cleaning will equip you with uniforms, products, rags, and equipment for you to clean houses. Every Friday schedules come out and are emailed directly to you. On a typical work day you will drive to a home in Las Vegas or Henderson. You will clock in at the home, clean the home, and then clock out when you are finished. Each home generally takes 4-5 hours to clean. Once a week, you will come in to the office to meet with a facilities manager who will give you clean rags and fresh product.
In addition to your hourly rate of pay, you are also allowed to accept tips from customers. Tips vary from job to job but the average tip amounts to about $5 per hour.
All cleaners go through an initial training period for 30 days. During this time you will be trained in how to complete a Routine Cleaning, our most popular service.
Once you have completed your initial 30 day training period, you will immediately receive a significant raise.
In order to become a Level 2 cleaner you must have worked for 120 days (4 months).
In order to become a Level 3 Cleaner you must have worked for 180 days (6 months).
In order to become an Area Manager you must have worked for 365 days (1 year).
